Health Check examinations are important for your child's health and future.
They help:
Prevent Illness
 | Regular exams and needed shots help keep kids healthy. |
Find Health Problems Early
| A child may look healthy and still have health
problems such as diabetes, lead poisoning, or anemia |
| Problems found early can be treated to prevent irreversible harm.

ALL children need regular health exams, no matter how old
they are.
Babies and Toddlers get:
| an exam to make sure they are growing
and developing properly |

shots to prevent serious illness |
School-age Children get:
| an exam which can find learning problems |

shots they need to start school (as required by state

Teens and Young Adults:
