From Wheeling, take I-70E.  At Washington, PA, take I-79S. At Morgantown, get on I-68E and follow to Cumberland, Md.  Take the Route 220 South/Green St/Keyser exit.  Follow Rt 220 S into Keyser. Will see a green sign "Mineral County Health Center" on right.  Take left at sign/light onto Southern Drive.  Follow road approximately 1/4 mile to the end.  Turn right onto Harley O.
